For over 30 years, my path has been rooted in a deep reverence for yoga, energy work, and the subtle sciences of the body. My approach to teaching yoga is grounded in understanding the bioenergetics of the body — the subtle interplay between breath, energy, and movement — allowing students to experience a more harmonious, pain-free way of being. My work also weaves in my training as a Reiki Master Teacher, where I support individuals in reconnecting with their innate healing potential.
